Auto carbon fiber heating mat:
Smocking carbon fiber: One-time smocking to form pattern of carbon fiber in the max. Size of 550*300mm. The matchless characteristics is no wrinkles on the surface, unanimous power density, and hence providing even heating
Amount of carbon fiber used: Amount of carbon fiber used: ≥ 25m. The stitch: 1mm (0.39inch) to 1.5mm (0.59inch) Providing heating more evenly
Double-coated adhesive tape: The advanced special glue equipment is used. There are 10mm of both edges of the backing uncoated adhesive, so that the backing is easily ripped open and installation time is shorten.
Electrode tape: 7 to 11 strands metal wires electroplated with silver, the connection with wires increased. The width of the tape: 16mm(0.624in) to 18mm (0.709in. ); The thickness of electroplated silver layer: 5μm; The metal wires are taken anti-oxidation process, the life time is increased, and the heating power will not be attenuated in the long run.
Press-fit technology: Special copper-belt equipments are used
Adhesive glue: Special high/low temperature resistant glue is used; Special equipments are used to glue; Conformance with automobile industry QC/T413 standard
Sleeves of conductors: PET monofilament is first time applied to the seat heaters; The wear and bending resistance of the wires are increased.
Special equipment is used to weave main connection wires by specialized plant

Thin film pressure sensor of human body: Owns autonomous intellectual property right; All products can be installed with such function
5 dials heating switches built-in electrical control with autonomous intellectual property right. Functions: Protections for short circuit/broken circuit/over voltage and 5 to 10 seconds postpone after triggering heating, in order to make electric motor starter work properly
